Terms of service

These Terms govern your access to and use of OriginAlliesCoffes.com, operated by MARDIGITAL SAS ("we"), a Colombian company. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. 1. What we do. OriginAlliesCoffes.com is a B2B introduction platform connecting verified international specialty coffee buyers with vetted producers in Latin America. We facilitate introductions and provide advisory support; we are not an importer, exporter or party to the commercial contracts between buyers and producers. 2. Eligibility. The service is intended for businesses. Buyers must be legally registered companies with genuine purchasing intent. Producers must meet our quality, capacity and export-readiness requirements. 3. Fees. Access to information and applications is free for buyers. Our fees are collected from the producer side upon a successful and voluntary partnership, per separate written agreements. 4. Verification. We verify applications against public registries and other reasonable sources. We may accept, decline or delay any application at our discretion. Incomplete, unverifiable or bad-faith applications are not processed. 5. Introductions and confidentiality. Producer identities and confidential lot information disclosed after verification are shared under an implied confidentiality obligation. You may not resell, republish or scrape any content or identities obtained through the platform. 6. Acceptable use. You will not: (a) misrepresent your identity or business; (b) attempt to bypass verification; (c) send unsolicited commercial communication to producers introduced via the platform outside the intended sourcing relationship; (d) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the platform. 7. Commercial relationships. Any purchase, sale, sample, contract, shipment or dispute between a buyer and a producer is directly between those parties. We are not responsible for quality, delivery, payment, customs, taxation or performance under those contracts. 8. Intellectual property. All content, code, marks and design of OriginAlliesCoffes.com are owned by MARDIGITAL SAS or its licensors. Limited license to view is granted for lawful business use; no other rights are granted. 9. Disclaimers and liability. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to USD 100 or the fees we received from you in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater. 10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the network. 11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogotá, D.C., unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. 12. Contact. legal@originalliescoffes.com.
